1950s Set of Four Italian Gio Ponti-Style Side Dining Chairs in Bronze and Brass
This is a Set of Four Italian Dining Side Chairs, produced in in Italy in the 1950s. The frames are made of finely patinated bronze metal, and the backs feature brass stretchers. The design is of course based upon Gio Ponti's original side chair, though no tags remain to indicate the manufacturer. The set is currently upholstered in a faux leatherette, though to reupholster these pieces is a simple, rather inexpensive task. The stiletto legs have that classic Italian foot, indicative of their Italian heritage.

One chair is is missing a foot, and there is some wear on the leatherette. Overall, this set is in good condition. Please see photos.
