This is an Eames Aluminum Group Soft Pad Management Desk Chair, Model EA435, originally designed by Charles and Ray Eames for Herman Miller in 1969. These examples date to 2016. Their design includes a solid yet lightweight aluminum frame and a seat with 2 inch thick cushions upholstered in burgundy leather. The chairs offer a tilt feature with locking capability, a full 360-degree swivel, and a pneumatic lift mechanism.

Each chair measures 24 inches deep, 22.5 inches wide, and 34 inches high, with a seat height of 20.5 inches. The upholstery is in good condition, with some light wear apparent at corners.
