SOLD 1960s Robert Heritage for Archie Shine Rosewood Extension Dining Table w/ Leaves
This is a Rosewood Extension Dining Table, designed by Robert Heritage for Archie Shine in the 1960s. The piece was produced by hand in England. When leaf-free, it accommodates six users. With the two additional leaves in place, it sits 8-12. The grain pattern of the rosewood veneer is exquisite, and the piece is solidly built.
This table measures 60 inches long and wide, and is 81.5 inches wide with one leaf, extending to 103 inches wide when both leaves are in place. The piece measures 29 inches high. There is some light wear on the table surface, and there are some scuff marks along the feet. There is also a very small chip on the underside edge, which can be touched up or repaired if desired. Overall, this table is in very good condition. Please see photos.
