1984 Ward Bennett for Brickel Associates Dining Chair Grey Fabric 5x Available
This is a bentwood dining chair, originally designed by Ward Bennett for Brickel Associates. These particular examples were produced in 1984. Their design features a sculptural bentwood frame of cordovan oiled ash. The seat and back are upholstered in a grey fabric. These chairs came from the IBM Headquarters in Armonk, which was designed by Skidmore, Owings, and Merrill (SOM) Architects, under project lead Gordon Bunshaft and Davis Allen likely leading the interiors.

Each chair measures 22 inches deep, 23 inches wide, and 33 inches high, with a seat height of 18 inches. These examples do show light wear consistent with age and use, including minor scuffs and surface blemishes. Overall, the chairs remain in good vintage condition. Please see photos.
