This is an Eames Aluminum Group Soft Pad Executive Desk Chair, Model EA437, originally designed by Charles and Ray Eames for Herman Miller in 1969. These examples date to the year 2009. The design includes a solid yet lightweight aluminum frame and a seat with 2 inch thick cushions upholstered in grey leather. The chair offers a tilt feature with locking capability, a full 360-degree swivel, and a manual lift mechanism.

Each chair measures 23.75 inches deep, 22.5 inches wide, and is 40 inches high, with a seat height of 18.5 inches. The chairs show light wear from previous use, including some minor scuffs and marks on the frame and base. Overall, they are in very good condition. Please see photos.
