2020s Pair of Philippe Starck for Emeco Broom Chairs in Light Blue, Wood Fiber
This is a pair of Broom Stacking Chairs, initially designed by Philippe Starck for Emeco in 2012. These examples were produced in the United States in the 2020s, and the listed price includes the set of two chairs as shown. The chairs are finished in a bright blue hue, and are molded from a blend of reclaimed polypropylene and wood fibers. The lightweight yet durable design features a gently contoured seat and back for comfort, with the added practicality of stackability.
Each chair measures 19.5 inches deep, 19 inches wide, and 32.5 inches high, with a seat height of 17 inches. There may be an errant scratch or scuff, but overall the chairs remain in very good condition. Please see photos.
