This is a set of three STOL 24 Counter Stools, initially designed by Philippe Starck for Emeco in 2001. These particular examples date to 2025, and the listed price includes the set of three stools as shown. The Museum of Modern Art (MoMA) asked Starck and Emeco to create a simple, minimalist stool for a Mies van der Rohe retrospective in New York, and STOL 24 was born. The lower height makes the stools ideal for standard kitchen islands and counters.

The stools are comprised from thermal treated recycled aluminum that has been hand brushed. These particular examples have black leather seat pads.

Each stool measures 14 inches deep, 14 inches wide, and 24 inches high. These pieces do show light wear from previous use including minor scratches and scuffs on the sides and the undersides of the stools. There are also some scratches on the sides and legs. Overall, the stools are in very good condition. Please see photos.
