C. 1958 Herman Miller Eames Model 1677 Contract Base Dining / Cafe Table in White Laminate 36"
This is an Eames Contract Base Dining Table, initially designed by Ray and Charles Eames for Herman Miller in 1957. This early example dates to 1958 and was produced in the United States. The piece features the classic four-star cast-aluminum pedestal base, and has flat-bladed planes on the legs. It has a white painted central column that coordinates with the white laminate tabletop.
This table has a diameter of 36 inches, and is 28.5 inches high. The piece has some scratches and scuffs on the top surface, and there is a minor chip on the edge of the top. The base shows scuffs and patina. Overall, this table is in good condition. Please see photos.
